Severe storms continue in southern Australia

Severe weather with high winds has caused at least 1 death and has injured several persons. Fallen trees have blocked roads and crushed cars. The worst effected state was South Australia, but the effects of the weather were also felt in Tasmania and Victoria. More than 38,000 properties are still without power following the storm.
