Storm CARLOS expected to be a hurricane along western coast of Mexico

A major storm called CARLOS is expected to reach hurricane strength with high winds and heavy rains as it heads slowly towards the Pacific coast of Mexico. Warnings are in force along much of the coastline of western Mexico. The states currently most at risk are Oaxaca, Guerrero, Michoacan, Colima and Jalisco.
