Strong earthquake strikes Indonesia near Sumatra northern tip

According to the US Geological Survey, an 6.1 magnitude earthquake stuck Sumatra's northwestern area, followed by two aftershocks of 5.2 and 5.3 magnitude. Indonesian reports indicate 22 people died, more than 200 injured, and more than 1,500 buildings damaged in Aceh province.
