A mud-slide in Salzburg, Austria, killed 1 clean-up worker. In south east Germany, the Danube, Inn and Ilz rivers partially submerged the city of Passau. Travellers should monitor local news reports since essential services, including transportation, may be severely disrupted in some areas.
