Suicide bombings target aid distribution point in northeast Nigeria

At least 15 people were killed and 43 wounded on Monday when two female suicide bombers attacked an aid distribution point in Mashemari village in Konduga Local Government Area. The blasts occurred where people had come to receive supplies distributed by the aid organization.

On the weekend, at least 28 people were killed and 80 wounded when three female suicide bombers detonated outside a camp for displaced people in Konduga. Also this month, seven people were killed when Boko Haram fighters fired a rocket-propelled grenade into a camp for internally-displaced persons near the border with Cameroon.
