Travel disruption in Japan due to typhoon MINDULLE

Approximately 400 flights from Tokyo have been cancelled due to the approach of typhoon MINDULLE. Heavy rain, strong winds, landslides, flooding in low lying areas, surging rivers and high waves are expected. The storm path will move from the Japanese capital to the northern Tohoku region.
