Tropical Depression SIX (CARINA) will strike Philippines and China

Tropical storm SIX (also called CARINA) is en route to the northern Philippines in approximately 36 hours and subsequently to mainland China in about 72 hours. Storm warnings have been issued for the Philippines (Laoag and Tuguegarao), Taiwan (Kao-hsiung), Hong Kong SAR and China (Guangzhou, Shantou, and Yunxiao).
