Two more African nations impose Ebola travel bans

Despite the World Health Organisation’s repeated statements that there are no travel or trade restrictions for Nigeria, Guinea, Sierra Leone, or Liberia due to the Ebola outbreaks, Chad and South Africa will be increasing travel restrictions with these countries. Chad authorities have announced closure of its border with Nigeria. South African authorities announced a ban on travellers from Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea. South Africans will be allowed to enter their own country but only after extensive medical testing.
