Typhoid fever continues in Zimbabwe

In the week ending on June 4th, there were 14 cases of typhoid fever reported in the city of Harare.

Travellers to the affected area can reduce their risk of exposure to typhoid fever by being cautious and avoiding consuming contaminated food or water. Vaccination against typhoid fever should be considered, especially if unsafe food cannot be avoided.
