Typhoon HAIMA approaching China

After creating considerable damage in northern Philippines, typhoon HAIMA is about to affect Taiwan and reach the coast of China. Although not as powerful as before, it still has high winds and heavy rain. More than 700 flights in and out of Hong Kong were cancelled or delayed, and schools and offices were closed. Storm alerts remain issued for Macau, Yunxiao, Hong Kong, Zhangzhou, Kao-hsiung, Ganzhou, and Guangzhou.
