Venezuelans seek food and basic goods in Colombia

In order to obtain food, medicines and other critical supplies that are unavailable in Venezuela, approximately 25,000 Venezuelans crossed the border from the city of Tachira, in Venezuela, to Cucuta, in Colombia to purchase basic supplies. The border was temporarily opened for 12 hours.
