Hurricane MATTHEW is currently causing heavy rains, strong winds and some flooding in the southern peninsula of Haiti. An unknown number of people are missing. Storm warnings have been issued for more cities, including southern Florida. Cities that are or may be affected in the next few days include Port-au-Prince, Santiago De Cuba, Nassau, San Salvador, Freeport, Monte Cristi, West Palm Beach, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Charleston, and Savannah.
