Floods have caused devastation in West Virginia and parts of Virginia. A state of emergency has been declared in 44 out of 55 counties in West Virginia. The State of Virginia has flooding and washed out roads in Allegheny County.


A threat of showers and overflowing rivers remains a concern. Travellers should be aware that many roads are washed out and flooded. Some areas have power outages.
