Western Australia citizens warned to avoid mosquitoes that are carriers of several viral fevers

Officials of the Western Australia Health Department are warning citizens to use all necessary measure to avoid mosquito bites after confining a number of cases of Murray Valley encephalitis, Kimberley and Kunjin virus and Ross River and Barmah viruses.

Travellers in this state can reduce their risk of exposure to these viruses by taking all necessary precautions to avoid mosquito bites.
