Update: Russia Captures Vuhledar - Russia, Ukraine

On 2 October, Russian forces captured the key eastern Ukrainian town of Vuhledar in the Donetsk region. Ukraine’s military confirmed the withdrawal of its forces from the town to protect its military personnel and equipment. The population of the town has largely been displaced.
