The Netherlands warns tourists about dangerous drug, "white heroin"

Two British men were found dead in a hotel room after using what may have been “white heroin.” Dutch health authorities are warning tourists about a substance sold by drug dealers as cocaine, but is actually white heroin. When snorted, this substance causes respiratory failure and has caused a number of deaths. Health authorities issued warnings against buying anything from drug dealers on the streets.
