Update on Local Laws in Florence, Italy

Travellers in Florence, Italy, should be aware of a new local law that prohibits people to consume food while stationary on the pavements around the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, between 12 pm to 3 pm and 6 pm to 10 pm until 6 January 2019. If caught doing so, one will incur a large fine.
