Montenegro allows foreign nationals to enter the country if they were in a country on the green or yellow list for 14 days prior to arrival. This list of countries is updated weekly by the Public Health Institute of Montenegro. Travellers may have different entry requirements based on with list they are arriving from.

Protective face masks are mandatory for every person older than five years in all indoor and outdoor public spaces and motor vehicles. Face masks are not required on beaches and in national parks as long as the social distancing of two meters is respected.
