Demonstrations Planned in Sri Lanka

On 29 June, the U.S Embassy in Colombo issued an alert for a nationwide “vehicle protest” from 10:00-15:00 hrs. The protest calls for all vehicles to stop in place along roads to block traffic. Road congestion is likely.
