Flooding in South Sudan and north Ugandan border town of Elegu

In the area of South Sudan and the north Ugandan town of Elegu, floods have left at least 15 people dead and displaced about 100,000. Torrential rains have badly damaged more than 20,000 homes in Khartoum. Local people fear a cholera outbreak since all pit latrines were washed away.
