Small outbreak of malaria in Quintana Roo, Mexico

Five cases of malaria have been reported from the communities of Cocoyol, Cacao and Rovirosa in Quintana Roo. While the risk to travellers is low, travellers in this area should take all necessary precautions to avoid mosquito bites.
