Egypt: World Youth Forum on 14-17 December in Sharm El Sheikh

The third World Youth Forum 2019 (WYT) is to be held from 14-17 December at the International Congress Center in Sharm El Sheikh. The event is expected to be well attended, including heads of governments, youth leaders and other participants. Last year, around 122,000 youth from 195 countries registered for the event.

Increased police presence, traffic restrictions, and checkpoints are expected in the vicinity of the event venue. Travellers are advised to carry identification documents to ease passage through any checkpoints and follow all instructions issued by the authorities.
