Advisory Issued for Climbing Mt. Fuji - Japan

Starting 10 July, the climbing season of Mount Fuji has begun. All trails leading to the peak have been opened. Local authorities have warned against heavy rainfall and strong winds. Weather conditions at the mountain may change rapidly so an alert is in effect.
