Flash floods in Mauritius leave at least 10 people dead

Flash floods during a torrential rain storm in Port Louis caused the deaths of at least 10 people. Most victims were caught in an underground car park and a pedestrian underpass. The weather forecasts more rain which could cause more flooding.
