Potential Tropical Storm, Guam

The National Weather Service stated on Tuesday that a tropical storm is expected to pass southwest of Guam late on the afternoon or evening, July 4th. Tropical storm conditions, including destructive winds of at least 70 km/hr could occur. Potential of flash flooding is also high.
