National Holiday in Argentina 24 March 2018

The Day of Remembrance for Truth and Justice is a national holiday in Argentina on 24 March to commemorate the anniversary of the coup d’état of 1976 that began a period of state terrorism in Argentina. On 24 March, thousands take to the streets to remember “The Disappeared” who were victims of the military dictatorship. Other political protesters usually join in the march on this holiday.
