Terrorist threat in Ethiopia for World Cup viewing venues

Travellers are advised to be extremely cognizant of personal security and safety in venues broadcasting the 2014 World Cup matches. In the past, terrorists in the East Africa region have targeted sites where there has been broadcasting of international sports events, and there is a risk that they may do so again.
