Tropical Storm HAGIBIS Becomes Hurricane en route to Japan - update

From tropical storm to Category 5 hurricane in 18 hours makes super Typhoon HAGIBIS one of the fastest storms to intensify to the highest level. It is expected to reach Japan in the next 4-5 days. Storm warnings have already been posted for Hagatna, Shiono-misaki, Tokushima, Osaka, Hiroshima, Matsue, Obama, Nagoya, Kumamoto, Shizuoka, Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, and Kagoshima.
