Major kidnapping by armed men in Chibok, Borno State, Nigeria

Heavily armed men attacked the town of Chibok and kidnapped more than 100 girls from the Government Girls Secondary School. The incident occurred one day after a deadly bombing in the African state’s capital Maiduguri. The terrorist group Boka Haram is suspected. All travel in northern Nigeria should be avoided.
