Cautionary Advice for Visiting Mae Hong Son - Israel, Thailand

On 22 February, the Embassy of Israel has urged its citizens to respect local laws and customs when visiting Mae Hong Son province. The advisory with some guidelines comes as several Israeli nationals in the past weeks have been deported for inappropriate behavior and legal violations in Mae Hong Son province. Thai authorities have imposed stricter measures for tourists, especially in Pai district.
