Libyan parliament declares Benghazi a disaster area

The death toll in Benghazi is 356 this month alone. Military and civilians are among the dead. Libya’s parliament has declared Benghazi a “disaster area” due to terrorist attacks, sabotage, and destruction of property. Tripoli, Misrata and Benghazi are mainly under the control of Islamist-led groups.
