Inbound passengers from EEA Member State, Andorra, Australia, Japan, Korea (Rep.), New-Zealand, Rwanda, San Marino, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vatican City;

Diplomats, emergency personnel, merchant seamen, and students.

Travellers arriving from a country outside of the EU or from a country within the EU area having more than 60 COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people on a weekly basis will be required to provide a COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued 72 hours before departing from their point of origin or must go through COVID-19 testing upon arrival.
