Brazil is dealing with a severe drought that soon may lead to water rationing measures. Brazilians are hoarding water in their apartments, and businesses are suffering. Some Carnival celebrations are being scaled back and at least two towns in Minas Gerais have cancelled Carnival festivities due to lack of water.
