Multiple People Stabbed in Jerash, Jordan

Based on early reports from the ancient city area of Jerash today at a popular tourist site, at least eight people were stabbed, including foreign tourists. Among the victims were tourists from Mexico and Switzerland, along with police officers, a tour guide and a driver.

The attacker has been arrested, and early reports state that he acted alone. There is no further risk to the public indicated at this time.
