Unrest in Edinburgh - UK

On 31 October, violent unrest involving fireworks broke out around Hay Avenue in the Niddrie area of Edinburgh. Police vehicles and buses were attacked by people throwing fireworks and bricks. A road closure was put in place at the junction of Niddrie Mains Road and Duddingston Park South, and the junction of Niddrie Mains Road and Greendykes Road. The roads have since been reopened. Further unrest is possible.
