Advisory Against Travel to Pakistan - China

On 08 October, the Chinese Embassy issued an advisory for its citizens against travelling to Pakistan in the wake of a deadly attack near the Jinnah International Airport. Two Chinese workers were killed in the blast. Embassy officials have further advised Chinese nationals to avoid visiting or travelling to Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as these provinces have recorded a surge in attacks targeting Chinese personnel and projects.
