Chile: Explosion in a Chemical Manufacturing Company in Maipú

An explosion occurred on 5 December inside a chemical plant at Clariant Colorquímica, located at the intersection of Avenida Camino a Melipilla and Tres Poniente in the commune of Maipú.

Advice

Avoid the affected area since strong toxic fumes have been reported from the area and other neighbouring communities of the Metropolitan Region.
