On 5 April, around 22:00 hours (local time), a dam breach on the Ural River in Orsk was reported, prompting evacuations. Recent heavy rains have resulted in significant flooding, leading to the closure of over 100 roads and 47 bridges. The Orenburg region is currently under a state of emergency.
