Malaria outbreak reported in Zamora Chinchipe and Pastaza, Ecuador

Health authorities have reported an outbreak of malaria in Zamora Chinchipe and Pastaza on the border with Peru. At least 100 infected people have been reported. Collaborative efforts with Peru are underway to control the spread of the infection.
