- Russia (city of Nizhnevartovsk in Khanty-Mansi)
- UK (England) - sporadic cases in London, West Midlands, and South East, Eastern and East Midlands regions
- Australia (Victoria, Queensland) - sporadic cases in Melbourne and Whitsunday
- Solomon Islands - over 200 hundred cases mostly in Honiara Province
