Canada Issues Travel Advisory For Paris - France

The Canadian government has issued a travel advisory for travellers visiting France. Travellers have been advised to “Exercise a high degree of caution” in France due to the threat of terrorism. Authorities have also warned of attacks during the 2024 Summer Olympics to be held in Paris from 26 July to 11 August. The Paralympic Games will be held from 28 August to 8 September. The government advised tourists to be aware of their surroundings in public places and “be particularly alert during public gatherings and demonstrations.
