Advice
Be cautious and consult local meteorological and emergency reports wherever available through local media (TV, radio, and local alerts). Exercise caution while driving during adverse weather due to the potential for traffic accidents. Avoid the affected areas, if possible, since there may be damage to infrastructure, such as roads, transportation, and communication systems.
