Bangui falls to rebel forces in Central African Republic

SELEKA Rebels in the Central African Republic appear to have captured the capital Bangui in lightning attacks. They claim to have seized the presidential palace after heavy fighting. The president may have fled to neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo. All travel to this country should be avoided at present.
