The cases were linked to eating MealMart brand kosher broiled chicken livers (including chopped liver) from the Schreiber Processing Corporation. This product was not cooked even though it was labelled as broiled. Cases of illness have also been identified in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Minnesota.
