Heavy Rainfall Causes Flooding and Landslides in Northern Philippines

Three towns (Lagawe, Asipulo, and Lamut) in Ifugao and Dagupan City in Pangasinan reported severe flooding due to heavy rains in the past few days. At least 17 landslides were reported.
