Large Procession in Lahore, Pakistan, 20 October

Pakistan is observing the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain and the martyrs of Karbala. Processions will take place in various cities across the country. As a security precaution, mobile phone and internet services have been suspended in many cities, including Lahore. A large procession will take place in Lahore on 20 October at 07:00 gathering at the Dehli Gate/Nisar Haveli (Walled City) area and continuing to the Karbala Gamay Shah. There are estimates for up to 50,000 participants with about 2,300 people in the procession
