Advice

Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain are giving Qatari visitors and residents two weeks to leave their countries. Saudi Arabia also closed the border and halted air and sea traffic with Qatar and is urging other countries and companies to do the same.

Abu Dhabi’s state-owned Ethihad Airways, Dubai’s Emirates Airline and budget carrier, Flydubai, stated they would suspend all flights to and from Doha from Tuesday morning (June 6, 2017) until further notice. It is not clear at this time how these new restrictions will affect other airlines.

If you are travelling to or from Qatar, check with your air carrier or tour operator to determine how your travel plans are affected.
