More violence in northern Nigeria attributed to Boko Haram terrorist group

Ten Christians were killed in an attack led by armed Boko Haram fighters in a village called Chibok, in a remote part of Borno state. Subsequently, two large bomb blasts occurred in two different northern Nigerian cities, Kano, the largest city in Nigeria's north, and Maiduguri, a northeastern city. There are no reports of deaths or casualties yet. The violent campaign is led by Boko Haram , which wants to form an Islamic state in Nigeria's north. Several countries advise their citizens to avoid all travel in northern Nigeria due to the volatile security situation in northern states.
