Romania: Two Commemoration Events in Bucharest on 30 October

The Archdiocese of Bucharest will hold two memorial events in Bucharest on 30 October to commemorate the 64 victims of a nightclub fire in 2015.

• The first event will be held at 10:00 (local time) in the courtyard of Sfantul Nicolae - Brosteni Church, at the monument built in memory of the victims.
• The second memorial service will be held at 12:00, in front of former Colectiv club where the fire occurred in 2015.

Advice

Avoid the area during the time of the events as a large gathering is expected which may cause disruption in travelling.
