Serious civil unrest in Central African Republic

The United Nations is reporting renewed conflicts in the Central African Republic, and that these may be an early warning sign of possible genocide. Approximately 180,000 people have been displaced from their homes this year, bringing the total number of displaced persons to well over half a million.
